Paul Shrimpling
Paul launched the podcast in late 2020 in order to give voice to the human aspects of leading and managing an accountancy practice. With north of 150 recordings now made it's clear that when firm's take seriously a more human approach they build firms they can be proud of and achieve the results they seek. Leaders of firms, technolgy providers and commentators on the accounting profession all point to the need to put team first whilst maintaining and enhancing a client focus to deliver successfully on a firm's vision and goals. And to deliver on their north star, core purpose, mission in life.
